MONTREAL - General manager Jim Popp says he has had no contact with former NFL receiver Chad (Ochocinco) Johnson about playing for the Montreal Alouettes. Air Force 1 Norge . The agreement would have allowed the Rays to evaluate sites on the east side of the bay in Hillsborough County, where Tampa is located.
