As per the VivaAerobus Refund Policy, if anything unexpected happens and you are unable to go, you can cancel your reservation and receive a refund as long as you do so within 24 hours of making the purchase. You won't receive the full discount for a canceled reservation after 24 hours. Flights can be canceled on the official website of the airlines or over a phone call as well as at the airport counter.
